When I see people talking about how awesome their dads are or how much they love em or heck, even when reading fathers day cards to find one for my own dad, I get so angry like part of my mind understands that good fathers do exist for real but another part thinks everybody is lying to keep up appearances like my family and yet another part envies the people who have good relationships with their dads and it’s just so urghh.
